Your Own When help is needed, ResponseLINK is there. In the event of an emergency virtually anywhere in your home, simply push the red “Emergency Medical Alert” button on the ResponseLINK unit - or on the wrist or neck Smart Pendant. The call will be answered quickly by a caring professional who is trained to provide a rapid and appropriate response.

Emergency Response and Exclusive
Non-Emergency Calling Service
Our standard service provides our
subscriber's 24-7 monitoring with an immediate response by a ResponseLINK
Care Attendant when the emergency button on the console or pendant is
activated. In the event of an emergency, our Trained Care Attendant
will immediately contact those responders the family wants to respond and or emergency personnel
if needed. As part of the standard service, and
simply by pressing the non-emergency button (POM 3000), subscribers can talk with a Trained
Care Attendant at any time during the day or night if they feel insecure or
unsafe or they can just press their medical alert pendant.
FREE General Reminders
Our Free General Reminders can be program
as many times per day as needed to sound a tone and display a message
reminding subscribers to take their medications or what ever they need to be
reminded about. Customizable to fit the subscriber's needs.Here is a list of our services and features. Everything in bold is part of our basic service called SafetyLINK:
![]() With each unit installed, ResponseLINK offers a free secured lockbox that hold a subscribers spare keys (up to five keys) so emergency personnel can enter the home without having to break a window or door when trying to enter the home to provide help. This provides an additional layer of security and peace of mind. Install Fee: $50.00 (one time fee) We install each and every systems to make sure it is placed in the best possible area in the home. We interview the subscriber by asking a series of questions that helps us determine the best placement of the system. We then perform voice and pendant tests throughout the home to make sure that if someone has an emergency, we want to make sure that our operators will here them and that our subscriber's will hear us when we respond to their emergency. We never ship the equipment to you expecting that you to set it up and to test it throughout your home. SAFETYLINK PLUS - $49.95 per month - POM 3000 system only Our Premium Service offers all of the benefits and features of SafetyLINK, plus "operator assisted" reminders for as many times as needed per day! additional set up feeThese room, hallway and bathroom buttons comes with adhesive tabs for quick mounting and its attractive design can fit anywhere in your home. We encourage you to wear your personal help button as often as possible, but we know wearing it 100% of the time can be challenging for some. That's why we recommend you have at least one room, hallway or bathroom button in a central location on each level of your home. Room, hallway and bathroom buttons can be easily placed in areas of the home where falls are most likely to occur like near the bed, bathroom or on the staircase. These buttons are completely wireless.
MedLINK Medication
Dispensers -
Stand alone - $30.00 per month (dispenser only) The medication dispenser coupled with SafetyLINK Plus lets the monitoring center know if the subscriber has not taken their medications at a specified time. A special chip has been engineered and placed in the medication dispenser (exclusive to ResponseLINK) that will notify the monitoring center if the subscriber has not opened the small door to get to the medications. If the door is not opened after 30 minutes (for example), the medication dispenser will send a signal to the monitoring center through the base unit and a live operator will be able to check on the subscriber through the ResponseLINK system and encourage them to take their medication. If there is no response from the subscriber, the operator will notify the responders to check on the subscriber or they will dispatch EMS. Language
